Hitman of sHitman?
Dat Vin Diesel de hoofdrol (Agent 47) van Hitman destijds heeft laten liggen is geen goed teken. De man houdt van games, heeft zelfs zijn eigen studio, en weet dus wat van games. Ook hem zal het stigma niet ontgaan zijn dat kleeft aan films gebaseerd op games. Toch is er hoop. Feit 1: Uwe Droll heeft niets met deze film te maken. Feit 2: Er is een redelijke cast aangetrokken (Zie volgende pagina). Feit 3: Luc Besson (o.a. Taxi en 5th Element) heeft zijn vinger in de pap gestoken. Met zijn naam er achter zal ik de film hoe dan ook gaan kijken. Zelfs als de recensenten het straks een schijtfilm noemen. Dat hij komt is nu zeker, wanneer is nog niet bekend.Update: Saimon had het bericht ook al opgepakt, nou ja, nu ben je dubbel op de hoogte
Filming commenced on March 27 and will continue in and around the Bulgarian capital of Sofia for 12 weeks before moving on to locations in South Africa, St. Petersburg and London. Timothy Olyphant (Deadwood, Die Hard 4.0) stars as the world’s deadliest assassin and Dougray Scott (Mission: Impossible II, Desperate Housewives) portrays the antagonist. Olga Kurylenko (Paris je t’aime), Robert Knepper (Prison Break), Ulrich Thomsen (Festen) and Michael Offei (Casino Royale) also have joined the cast of the videogame adaptation.
The game's story centers around an international assassin known only as Agent 47 (Olyphant) who works for a mysterious organization dubbed the Agency. The Hitman videogames have sold in excess of 6 million units worldwide, with the most recent instalment, Hitman: Blood Money™ selling 1.4 million units worldwide and reaching No.1 in all key territories.
The movie is being directed by Xavier Gens from a screenplay by Skip Woods (Swordfish) and produced by Luc Besson, Pierre-Ange Le Pogam, Adrian Askarieh and Charles Gordon with Daniel Alter as a co-producer.

Ik denk dat je Luc Besson beter om Leon, Nikita en the Transporter roem kunt geven. Leon is zoooo gruwelijk vet. Taxi scoort maar een 4-tje op imdb. 5th Element heb ik nog niet gezien.

Taxi is gewoon een humor actie film, ik vond hem eigelijk wel erg grappig. Vrij droge humor, neemt zichzelf niet te serieus.
En 5th element schopt kont :D toendertijd dan. Maar tegenwoordig is ie nog steeds wel lachen.
